TMmeets is a web application for Toastmasters clubs, offering tools to schedule and run meetings, including free modules such as Timer, Ah-Counter, Voting, Table Topics Trainer and other tools.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
- Posting harmful, offensive, discriminatory or infringing content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts or related systems.
- Interfering with other users or the normal operation of the Service.
- Using the Service for commercial purposes outside of Toastmasters club activities.

You may post content related to Toastmasters activities (for example meeting schedules, speeches, feedback). You retain ownership of your content, but grant TMmeets a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce and modify it solely for operating, improving and providing the Service. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, logos, modules and all related content are owned by TMmeets and/or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or otherwise misuse any part of the Service without prior written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold TMmeets harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. TMmeets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, except to the extent required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Ljubljana.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
